 How To Use 

DIRECTIONS:

• We recommend that you take 10 pills, three times each day, with lukewarm water.

WARNINGS:

• Not to be used during pregnancy or in excess of recommended amounts.
• Not recommended for long-term use, or in cases of constipation, insuddicient urine output, or frequent, copious urine output.
• Use with caution in cases of diarrhea.
