 How To Use 

DIRECTIONS:

• Take 4 capsules 3 times a day.

WARNINGS:

• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not use during pregnancy.
• Not recommended if you have heavy or prolonged menstrual bleeding, or if you have digestive problems.
• Do not use if you have a bleeding disorder, peptic ulcer, or if you are allergic to any of the ingredients in this product.
• Do not exceed recommended use or use long term.
• Discuss with a doctor or pharmacist before use if taking digitalis, cardiac glycosides, any drugs to control blood pressure, anticoagulants, antiplatelet drugs, or warfarin.
• Discuss with your doctor and discontinue use at least 2 weeks before surgery as this product may lower blood pressure, may inhibit platelet aggregation, and may interact with warfarin.
• Diabetics are advised to discuss use with a qualified healthcare practitioner prior to use, and monitor their blood sugar closely.
