Active ingredients: Codonopsis Root, Poria Sclerotium, Chinese Licorice Root and Stem, Hyacinth Bean (Dolichos lablab L.) Seed, Lotus (Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.) Seed, Atractylodes Root and Stem, Chinese Yam Root and Stem, Tangerine (Citrus reticulate Blanco) Peel, Chinese Amomum (Amomum villosum Lour.) Fruit, Job’s Tears (Coix Lacryma-Jobi L.) Seed Kernel, Balloon-Flower Root.

 How To Use 

DIRECTIONS:

• For adults, take 6 to 12 tablets, 2 times a day. For children, reduce the amount proportionately, according to age.

WARNINGS:

• Do not use if pregnant or nursing, if spitting up blood, or in cases of diabetes, hypertension, liver disorders, severe kidney insufficiency, hypokalemia, intermittent fevers or chills, cold disorders, abdominal distention, constipation, or tuberculosis.
• Take with caution in cases of peptic ulcers.
• Do not use for prolonged periods of time or exceed the amounts suggested for use, except under the supervision of a qualified health practitioner.
