 How To Use 

DIRECTIONS:

• Adults take 3 to 4 tablets three times a day with warm water, or as directed by your physician or health care professional.

WARNINGS:

• Do not use if you are pregnant.
• Not recommended for long term use or in excess of recommended amounts, in cases of diarrhea, indigestion, gastritis or ulcers.
