 How To Use 

SUGGESTED USE:

• Adults: Take 2 level scoops (using the complimentary measuring spoon), two times a day.

• Children 6-12 years of age: give 1/2 the amount to be taken by adults.

• Children under 6 years of age: Do not take.

WARNINGS:

• Do not use if pregnant.
• Do not use during menstruation. Use with caution if you have a blood deficiency or allergic to any of the ingredients.
• Avoid broad beans, seafood, sour or cold foods for 24 hours after taking this product.
